ABOUT HAYLEY

My practice as a physiotherapist has evolved throughout the years. My current areas of focus are pelvic health and aiding folks facing persistent/chronic pain. I’m particularly enthusiastic about helping pre and postnatal clients embrace their bodies during pregnancy, postpartum and beyond. As a mother of two, I’ve personally navigated pelvic health challenges and postpartum recovery, while actively striving to return to my beloved physical activities. I prioritize ongoing learning and evidence-based care. My approach encompasses the entire body, not just the pelvis, is rooted in exercise and education, and complemented by manual therapy and functional dry needling when suitable. I practice a holistic, trauma-informed model of care. Beyond work, I enjoy outdoor adventures with my family and trail runs with friends. Before the pandemic and kids, I indulged in travel and triathlon training. While life’s pace has slowed, I now cherish simpler pleasures, such as savoring a good cup of coffee.

WHAT CLIENTS SAY

"I have been going to the clinical pilates studio following pregnancy and c-section - my core was in bad shape and I was starting to have major back pain. Hayley has helped immensely and I love the exercise routine we do together. Whenever I am having a bad back day she manages to get me fixed up within our session. I am hooked! I definitely recommend for new moms out there trying to find their core again."
