Prenatal and Postnatal Strength Coach | She/Her


Lisa believes fitness is a journey - and it should be a fun and rewarding one! Lisa is on a mission to help you find the sport/exercise/movement you love doing and keep you strong and healthy enough to keep doing it!

For Lisa, it's not about being the strongest, the fastest or the fittest, it is about finding joy in moving your body. Sport and exercise can be fun, challenging and rewarding all at the same time. Through CrossFit, Lisa found her passion coaching and helping people find and develop confidence in themselves through strength training. After chatting to parents at the gym and starting to work with pregnant and postnatal clients, Lisa realized how inaccessible the right information about exercise during and post pregnancy is. It became her passion to create something fun, accessible, informative, pelvic floor/postpartum aware while challenging enough so people could feel themselves regaining strength in their body and mind. 

Lisa took the plunge away from her office job during COVID-19 to focus her love and joy into coaching. Lisa has been coaching athletes for over 10 years and runs her own coaching business, beSTRONG. Lisa has been working with post natal clients in Vancouver 1:1 and is excited to take the same content and coaching interaction online with her virtual program beMOMSTRONG to support postnatal recovery and return to strength for those who identify as Moms or want post natal support. Lisa is delighted to collaborate with Full Circle Physiotherapy to help bridge the gap into the world of fitness.  

When Lisa isn't at her virtual work or in the gym coaching, you'll find her in the gym lifting weights or outside with her dog, Indi. Lisa loves hiking, mountain biking and playing in snow! She absolutely loves living in North Vancouver close to the mountains.
