With over 10 years of physiotherapy experience, Jo is driven to make positive and meaningful changes to the health and quality of life of her clients. Jo obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in 2004 with a Major in Physiology and Minor in Kinesiology from McGill University. Jo went on to graduate from the Queen's University Master of Science in Physical Therapy program in 2006. She has since worked across the spectrum of public health, from acute care, rehab, and community. Jo is also a teaching assistant for the University of British Columbia Master of Physiotherapy Program, and is a course instructor for the Internally Educated Physiotherapists Exam Preparation (IEPEP) Program.
In recent years Jo has become interested in pelvic health specifically working with prenatal and postnatal Mum's. Jo has completed Levels 1-3 Pelvic Health training through Pelvic Health Solutions, including courses based in cognitive behavioral therapy, central sensitization and the treatment of chronic pain. Using a variety of manual techniques, education, practical advice, and exercise prescription, Jo is able to assist her clients in achieving their specific goals.

Outside of work, Jo is an avid skier. She loves to rock climb, hike, and bike.
